Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Use of any Trade Ideas product or service indicates that you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions stated within this document. You understand and acknowledge that you have the ability to download/install the software as well as obtain access to the website version with purchase of a subscription.
What subscription plans are available?
Trade Ideas currently offers a TI Pro and a TI Premium subscription at monthly and annual renewals. Both are recurring subscriptions with no contract involved. Additional subscription plans may be offered at various times. To view our up to date list of subscription options, please go here.
What types of payment do you accept? We accept credit card and Paypal. In special situations, we do accept Western Union, wire transfers, or personal checks.
What is the billing process? When you sign up for any of our recurring subscription plans, you will be billed every calendar month or yearly from the date of purchase until you decide to cancel the service.
Can I switch subscriptions? Yes, you can switch subscriptions at anytime. Please note, when you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you will still need to cancel out your previous recurring subscription to prevent any double billing.
Do you pay for exchange fees? Yes, we do pay the exchange fees for non professional users. If you are considered a professional trader, you will need to pay additional fees. For more information on professional fees, please go here.
What is the cancellation policy? Customers can cancel their subscription at anytime. To cancel, we recommend a written request. You can do so by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Trade Ideas is not responsible for continued subscriptions should a client forget to cancel their account. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the cancellation.
What is the refund policy? As of June 1, 2016, we only refund within 3 market days of subscription purchase. Special promotions are a limited time offer and are not refund eligible. Please contact us by phone or email if you have any questions regarding refunds.
How do the promo code discounts work?
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment (for example: the first year or the first month). The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service.
Can I freeze my account? If you decide to freeze your account, you will have the maximum of 3 months out of the year to return and resume your monthly rate. To freeze your account, please send in a written request to email@example.com.
Does Trade Ideas grandfather rates? Trade Ideas appreciates continued support. Many of our customers have been with us with uninterrupted subscriptions for years and continue to enjoy their old, lower rates. However, if an account lapses over 90 days the customer will need to re-purchase at current prices.
Is there a free trial? Yes, you can try our limited delayed data version using your Google or Facebook account. For more info on our demo, please go here.
DEMO trial mode:
You can try out Trade Ideas Pro for free on your own by downloading our Trade Ideas Pro application and using the DEMO mode login. This demo includes most of the powerful features from our full version with some exceptions. These limitations are:
- 15 to 20 minute delayed alerts,
- no custom symbol lists,
- no custom formulas,
- and no charting capabilities.
